Belgrade is the capital of Serbia and has a population of around 2 million. It is located in Southeast Europe, at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. It is one of the oldest cities in Europe and has long been an important crossroads between Eastern and Western Europe.

There are places in Belgrade that must definitely be seen and experienced: streets, squares, monuments, parks, fountains, archaeological sites, and other landmarks that deserve recognition. Many of them have been granted the status of cultural heritage sites.

The International Festival of dance and songs “Belgrade ” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances and music performed by folkloric groups. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, vocal groups, majorette groups, instrumental groups, as well as groups and performers from other art styles with minimum 10 persons on the stage. The age of the participants is not limited.

During the Festival each group will have one performance in Pula according to the program of the festival. Groups should bring flag and a sign with the name of the group for the parade.

Accommodation Details

• Hotel 3* – Bed & Breakfast
• Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 2 or 3 beds, each featuring a private bathroom. 
• The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.

For additional room requests, the charges are as follows:

• Double room: 5€ per person/per night
• Single room: 25€ per person/per night
• Extra night basic category hotels: 45€ per person
• Extra night advanced category hotel: 60€ per person
  
  

For every 25 participants, the 26th participant stays free.

3 nights – Basic category hotels - 130€ per person (11.06. – 14.06.2027) – Hotel Slodes https://hotelslodes.rs , Hotel Balašević https://www.centarbalasevic.rs

It includes:

• Participation in 2 Concerts and a Defile
• Invitation Letter
• Grattiduted Certificate 
• All expenses of the festival organization

• Travel Insurance
• Transfers
• City Tax
• Excursions (See the excursion list in the section "Excursions")

Additional Festival Information

Transfers:
The festival organizers will arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport transfers to and from Thassos. The cost of this transportation will depend on the number of participants and will be agreed upon separately.

Bus Parking:
Groups arriving by bus can use their own transport during the festival and for local journeys around Potos and other areas of Thassos. Parking fees are the responsibility of the group and are paid directly at the parking facility.

Payment Details:

• A 30% deposit is required with the initial application to confirm participation.
• 40% of the total fee is due 60 days before the festival.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival starts.

The final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. Deposits are non-refundable after this date.
